Job Title: Inventory Control Analyst/Specialist (Materials)

Pay Rate: $30.00-38.00 per hour. Contract to hire
Shifts:
A shift (Monday-Friday, 7am -3:30pm)
B (Monday-Friday, 3:00pm - 12:00 am)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Analyst/Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing warehouse operations.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for accurately recording incoming and outgoing inventory, including tracking product codes, quantities, and locations
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
- Conduct cycle counts
- Monitor and analyze inventory movements and discrepancies
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and generate reports
- Utilize inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions to improve inventory control processes
- Utilize forklifts to streamline materials and products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse management
- Valid drivers license and ability to drive a box truck
- Fork lift certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted. Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to the nature of the work

Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package. Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $30.00 - $38.00 per hour. Guidelines vary based on many factors including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, discipline, geographic location, market, and business considerations.
